Casa Petunia Pousada Boutique was an incredible stay. Marcos, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. From providing valuable local advice to arranging tickets for Carnavale and even a security escort, Marcos truly made our stay special. The location of Casa Petunia was superb, close enough to the action of Carnaval but still offering peace and quiet. The accommodations were beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The family and staff treated us like part of their own, making us feel incredibly welcome.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Petunia Pousada Boutique! The location was perfect, just a block away from the vibrant Barra beach and the FIFA Fan Fest. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well air conditioned. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast, which was more than we could handle! The owners and their family were incredibly hospitable, helpful, and friendly. They made us feel right at home and even invited us to join their family and friends for a fun Christmas party. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Salvador.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and homely atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with a balcony offering lovely views. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, with a wonderful selection of local and regional dishes, including individually made dishes on request. It was a truly unique and enjoyable experience.

The rooms at Casa Petunia are absolutely charming and cozy. I felt like I was staying in a home away from home. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the hot Salvador weather. I could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring. The 32-inch LCD satellite TV was a great addition, especially for winding down in the evening with some entertainment. I loved the free WiFi in the rooms, it made it super easy to stay connected and share my travel experiences.

Although some might appreciate it, I personally found the shared bathroom facilities a bit inconvenient.

Located close to the beautiful beach of Barra, this hotel offers a convenient location close to the carless boulevard, which is bustling with activities and great for long walks. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Guests can also enjoy personalized tours around the town and sea turtle sightings arranged by the helpful and friendly staff.

The best pousada I ever stayed in! The rooms were really nice and clean with a large flat-screen TV. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruits, pastries, and delicious juices. The location was perfect, walking distance from the beach, shopping center, and famous attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, they even gave us a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival!

No major complaints, just a minor inconvenience as they preferred cash over card payment. But it wasn't really a big issue, and we were able to withdraw cash from nearby ATMs.
